Hold-a-Rug Non-skid Rug Underlay is comprised of polyester fibers and coated with a specialty, non-aggressive resin system that will not stain, mar, nor damage any flooring surface. Both sides of Hold-a-Rug are lightly coated with a scientifically formulated water-based resin system. Hold-a-Rug will latch to both the floor and the rug without damaging either upon removal and is also completely odorless and will not off-gas. Unlike strong tape-based adhesive products Hold-a-Rug will not bond to your flooring surface nor rug. This gives Hold-a-Rug the best non-skid properties without damaging your flooring surface. Comes in a convenient 8′ X 11′ package.
